Return Policy
At D Couple Online Couture, we take utmost care in quality-checking every piece before dispatch. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged, wrong product, or wrong size (not the one you ordered), we do offer replacements under specific conditions. Please read our policy carefully:
✔️ Returns & Replacements Eligibility
• ✅ We only accept returns in the event of:
• Damaged product received
• Wrong product delivered
• Wrong size sent (only if it differs from what was ordered)
📦 Return/Exchange Conditions
• A 360° unboxing video is mandatory to claim return or replacement.
• The video must be:
• Unedited, uncut, and uninterrupted
• Taken from the moment you open the parcel, clearly showing the shipping label and address
• The defect must be shown clearly with proper lighting
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
• Items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.
🚚 Return Process
• We currently do not offer return pickups.
• In case of return/exchange approval, the product must be couriered by the customer to our address.
• Once we receive and inspect the product, we will dispatch the replacement.
📄 Proof Required
To process any complaint:
• Provide the 360° unboxing video
• Include a copy of the order receipt or proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange if the above conditions are not met.
