4. Terms of Sale
By placing an order with us, you are offering to purchase a product under the following conditions:
• Dispatch Time: All our products are made to order. Dispatch time ranges from 10 to 15 working days, depending on availability, production, and customization.
• Order Acceptance: Receipt of your order does not guarantee acceptance. We will confirm your order via email once it’s verified.
• Product Variation: Actual product colors, patterns, and embellishments may vary slightly from images shown online due to photography, lighting, and screen differences.
• Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. If payment has been made, a full refund will be processed.
• Refund Timeline: Refunds (if applicable) may take up to 6 to 90 days, depending on the payment gateway and bank procedures.
5. Pricing and Availability
We aim to keep all pricing and product information accurate, but errors may occur:
• If we discover a pricing or availability error after you place an order, we’ll inform you. You can choose to confirm the updated price or cancel the order.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Orders placed before a price change will not be affected.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping charges will be added at checkout, where applicable.
6. Cancellations
• Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is made.
• Cancellation requests will not be accepted unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
• Return or refund is only accepted in case of damaged or wrong product received. In such cases, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video and clear images.
7. Payment
• We accept payment via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other available options.
• Your order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
• Payment verification might take up to 24-48 working hours.
8. Liability
D Couple Online Couture will not be responsible for:
• Courier Delays: Any delay in delivery caused by third-party courier services, including misrouting, operational issues, or unforeseen disruptions.
• Force Majeure Events: Delays or failures in performance due to natural calamities, strikes, bandhs (shutdowns), power interruptions, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.
• Boutique Downtime: Situations where the boutique is unable to operate temporarily due to external circumstances.
• Device Damage: Any damage or technical issues arising from accessing our website or downloading content from it.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Kerala.
10. Shipping Policy
• Orders are shipped only after payment confirmation.
• We use trusted third-party shipping services to deliver worldwide.
• Shipping is done after the product is fully manufactured.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, which are beyond our control.
• If you have not received your product even after the estimated period, please contact us immediately for assistance.

12. Return Policy
✔️ Returns & Replacements Eligibility
• ✅ We only accept returns in the event of:
• Damaged product received
• Wrong product delivered
• Wrong size sent (only if it differs from what was ordered)
📦 Return/Exchange Conditions
• A 360° unboxing video is mandatory to claim return or replacement.
• The video must be:
• Unedited, uncut, and uninterrupted
• Taken from the moment you open the parcel, clearly showing the shipping label and address
• The defect must be shown clearly with proper lighting
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
• Items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.
🚚 Return Process
• We currently do not offer return pickups.
• In case of return/exchange approval, the product must be couriered by the customer to our address.
• Once we receive and inspect the product, we will dispatch the replacement.
📄 Proof Required
To process any complaint:
• Provide the 360° unboxing video
• Include a copy of the order receipt or proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange if the above conditions are not met.
